    Your products & service are great. Layout of the store sucks, like a rabbit warren. It feels you're imprisoning your customers that they have go through the whole building following this stupid arrows - in our case, we know what to get, check it out, bought it BUT to get to the customer service to pay for the item took us AN ETERNITY to get to check out point. Your store layout is good for people who got lots of time to spare & linger. Why not accommodate people who wants to do their purchase, pay for it & get out of there instead of making them walk miles & miles. Very tiring specially for the elderly customers!!!
